2026, the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">National Drug Council<\/span><\/span> (CND) of the Dominican Republic signed a cooperation agreement with the European Union under the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">COPOLAD III<\/span><\/span> initiative.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1056\">The signing ceremony took place during the 4th annual meeting of this international data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1546\">The partnership includes three major initiatives: a national survey on drug consumption among university students, the strengthening of the School for Anti-Drug Policy Training, and the \u201cWings of Transformation\u201d strategy aimed at supporting children of incarcerated parents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1667\">A pilot project is also set to be launched at the women\u2019s correctional center in <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span
