An individual identified as Robins Mompr\u00e9mier, present at the site for the container inspection and acting on behalf of its owner residing in the United States, Kerly Mompr\u00e9mier, was arrested on the spot. The suspect allegedly told investigators that the boxes containing the weapons and ammunition belonged to Cl\u00e9ment Mary Junior Th\u00e9lusma, who was already arrested in late December 2025 for offenses related to international firearms trafficking. <\/p>\n
On the instructions of the Government Commissioner, Me Eno Z\u00e9phirin, Robins Mompr\u00e9mier was taken to the BLTS for questioning.<\/p>\n
