A Year of Struggle, A Family Standing Strong: Thank You to the Le Quotidien 509 Team

During this Christmas and year-end season, we wish to express our most sincere gratitude to our team—or rather, the great family we have become—for its dedication, passion, and determination. Day after day, you have helped Le Quotidien 509 secure a prominent place among the country’s most respected online media outlets, spanning both sides of the island (Haiti & the Dominican Republic).

We warmly welcome those who joined this adventure over the past few months. Your contribution is vital, and your commitment strengthens our collective energy. Le Quotidien 509 is more than just a media outlet: it is a civic commitment, a space for reflection and information serving a different future within a demanding geopolitical context.

This year, we wish to especially highlight:

• Soraya and Cherline, for their morning and midday tweets—our tireless sentinels who wake us up with news from Haiti and the world;

• Valérie, Head of Operations, for her rigorous and uncompromising work in the institutional structuring of the newspaper;

• Fritz and Haroldson, for their commitment to producing #FIGI-LARIA videos, enriching our audiovisual content;
