Sébastien Migné officially leaves the Grenadiers
Sébastien Migné’s tenure as head coach of Haiti’s men’s national football team has officially come to an end. After terminating his contract with the Haitian Football Federation, the French coach has been appointed as the new head coach of Gabon’s national team.
In his farewell message, Migné reflected on Haiti’s historic qualification for the FIFA World Cup, achieved despite playing all qualifying matches away from home. He thanked the players, coaching staff, federation officials and supporters, saying he leaves with “the feeling of a mission accomplished.”

Haiti learns its Concacaf U-20 Championship schedule
Haiti’s men’s U-20 national team will compete in the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship, scheduled to take place in Mexico from July 25 to August 9.
Drawn into Group A alongside the United States, Cuba and El Salvador, the young Grenadiers will open their campaign against the United States on July 25. The tournament also serves as qualification for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup, the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
