Punta Cana International Airport has been recognized as one of the best airports in the world for passenger experience at the 2025 ASQ Customer Experience Awards presented by Airports Council International World.
This marks the ninth time the Dominican airport has received the distinction, reinforcing its regional leadership in service excellence. The award was granted in the category “Best Airports at Departures” for Latin America and the Caribbean among airports handling between 5 and 15 million passengers annually.
The ASQ (Airport Service Quality) program is based on real-time passenger surveys conducted directly with travelers. Respondents highlighted the airport’s cleanliness, hospitality, overall service quality, and recent improvements in border control procedures.
Punta Cana International Airport is now ranked among 100 airports worldwide recognized for outstanding customer experience. The achievement reflects a sustained commitment to continuous improvement, operational innovation, and high service standards.
