BRH Highlights Financial Inclusion for MSMEs

Les Cayes, July 25, 2025 — At the 4th edition of the Regional Finance Summit, the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) presented the results of the FinScope MSME Haiti survey, revealing the specific needs, obstacles, and opportunities facing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Mr. Riphard Sérent highlighted several flagship initiatives:

• Booster PME: An acceleration program for small businesses.

• RéSACE: Assistance with business creation and formalization.

The BRH also reviewed its targeted regulatory measures:

• Circular 113: Financing for the agricultural sector.

• Circular 130: Support for the tourism sector.

These efforts are part of a broader strategy to build an inclusive, innovative, and resilient economy at the service of Haitian entrepreneurs.
