BRH and Gender Equity: Forum on Payment Digitalization

Port-au-Prince, Haiti – The Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), in partnership with national and international stakeholders, is organizing two days of discussions on October 3 and 4, 2025, at the Karibe Convention Center. The theme for the event is: “Payment Digitalization and Gender Equity.”

According to the institution’s press release, the event will gather public policymakers, experts, digital innovators, entrepreneurs, and representatives from financial institutions. Conferences will focus on digital payments, the fintech ecosystem, financial inclusion, and gender representation across various sectors.

A “Digital Village” will allow participants to create synergies, facilitate professional networking, and explore business opportunities. The BRH emphasizes that these sessions aim to promote the digitalization of payments and encourage gender equity to build a more modern and inclusive financial system in Haiti.
