Today, the Diaspora 509 section, is proud to present a Haitian-American company in Turks and Caicos: Islands Hookah & Cigar Lounge.
 
In addition to its mission to communicate political and socio-economic information, our online press, Le Quotidien 509, also wants to promote Haitian diaspora initiatives. A diaspora that remains, beyond borders, emotionally attached to its country, a diaspora that always has nostalgia for its rum, its beer, its crémas, its fritay, its pikliz, its « diri sòs pwa », …. . A diaspora connected to its homeland in its bowels and emotions. Haiti always remains every Haitian’s first love, regardless of frustrations, disappointments, and where they are in their quest for a better situation.
 
In Turks and Caïcos, an hour from the island of Haiti, the Haitian diaspora is present. Our Creole beauties, our young people, our citizens integrate into this British culture to offer somehow a model of Haitian dynamism and entrepreneurship.
 
In Turks and Caicos, not far from the airport, in the city center, Island Hookah lounge is the center par excellence of Turks and Caicos youth and tourists. A reference club where drinks from all over the world, Haitian cocktails and our rum are served. The animation worthy of a club with international standard is guaranteed. Young people, mostly Haitians or of Haitian origin, are there to offer the customer a mix of courtesy and professionalism.

Islands Hookah & Cigar Lounge is a company of « Shaka”,Jhonsly Agénor, a Haitian-American who decided to invest in Turks and Caicos. Two years ago Shaka made the front page of Ticket Magazine next to Rutchelle Guillaume. The two lovebirds had wedding plans, but the story went wrong. The engagement was broken.
 
 « Shaka” has made Islands Hookah & Cigar Lounge, a nice place, with the same pleasant wave of the beach that is ready. A clean place where each guest can let himself be transported for a moment listening to music of all categories with the best DJs on the island.
 
A space where everyone feels good and in their element regardless of their culture or belonging.
